- Monday and Wednesday Trainings take place @ IBW Yoga and Weight Room

Our dryland training program prepares athletes for the physical demands of snow sports through targeted, off-snow conditioning. Each component is designed to build foundational skills that translate directly to performance on the mountain.

Focus: Increase your capacity for sustained effort and aerobic recovery.
🧘 Flexibility & Mobility
Expand your range of motion to prevent injury and improve movement quality.
Focus: Targeted stretching and yoga to support muscle pliability and joint health.
