Our Mission

Breaking Barriers, Building Community

To create and foster a community of passionate snow riders. Coaches and volunteers work together to to provide a safe and fun snowboarding and ski experience for all backgrounds regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual identity or financial ability. We aim to remove the stigma and inequality of snow sports being sports open only to children of privilege. We welcome and encourage all students to take part; regardless of ability level, race or ethnicity, gender, income, disability or sexual orientation.

PRACTICES: TRAIN WITH US

Join us for our 9 coached practices that cater to both recreation and competition levels:

Practice Schedule

  • Wednesdays: Recreational Team Practices

  • Thursdays: Competition Team Practices

  • Time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Location: Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort

Transportation

The bus departs from Ida B. Wells High School at 2 PM and returns by 11 PM, ensuring all students can attend practices.

What’s Included

  • Snacks & Drinks: Provided by our dedicated parent volunteers and sponsors during the bus ride.

  • Hot Food: Enjoy a warm meal on the way to Mt. Hood Meadows to fuel up for a fun practice session.
